WORKSHOP: HEALING MEDITATION
I am looking forward in

WHERE THERE IS LIGHT, DARKNESS CANNOT EXIST.
You will experience a personal healing journey for your whole being. This special workshop will bring your mind, body & soul into vitality. This is a powerful series of guided healing meditations intended to improve your immune system, revitalize your cells and your wellbeing in general whether it is to help heal an issue or maintain excellent health. We will also create a space to connect with our higher selves to assist on this healing journey.
The result of this experience will be a balance of thought, an open awareness and vivacity that is unmatched. Healing can then occur on multiple levels of your self. You will find that you now have the ability to bring about a healing moment whenever you need it.
Please wear comfortable clothes and bring a journal and something to write with. The writing will take only a few minutes of the meditation time but is an important partner in healing and manifesting.
This is a series of 6 sessions once a week beginning Sunday, July 29 to September 2. This will be every Sunday from 10:00am to 11:00am.
